Booking and Payment

Package prices displayed on workspace-kits.html are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods will be confirmed at booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of scheduled sessions. Prices may change for future bookings; confirmed bookings honor the price agreed at purchase.

Consultation Delivery

Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection, camera access where applicable, and a workspace visible on video. On-site visits require safe access to the agreed location and reasonable cooperation from participants. We may reschedule due to weather, building access restrictions, or consultant availability with prompt notice.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your workstation, disclose relevant physical considerations that affect setup recommendations, and implement changes at your own pace and judgment. You are responsible for purchasing or adjusting equipment according to your budget and employer policies. Follow-up outcomes depend on consistent application of agreed habits.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, assessment templates, and report formats, is owned by Strongwipe or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use reports and materials for internal personal or organizational purposes related to the booked consultation.
