Return Policy

This Return Policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for workspace ergonomics consultation products purchased from Strongwipe through strongwipe.world or via direct agreement. Because our offerings are professional services rather than physical goods, "returns" are handled as service cancellations and credit rules described below.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Strongwipe specifying date, time, delivery format, and price. Please review details promptly and contact us if corrections are needed before the preparation window begins.

Cancellation by Client

More than seventy-two hours before the scheduled start: you may cancel for a full refund of fees paid for that session, minus non-refundable payment processing costs if applicable.

Twenty-four to seventy-two hours before the scheduled start: you may reschedule once without penalty or receive a fifty percent credit toward a future consultation within six months.

Less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled start, or no-show without notice: the session is considered delivered for billing purposes and is not refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for documented emergencies.

Rescheduling

Reschedule requests should be sent to support@strongwipe.world with your booking reference. We will offer alternative times within thirty days when possible. Repeated rescheduling may incur a administrative fee of twenty-five dollars to cover planner time.

Cancellation by Strongwipe

If we must cancel due to consultant illness, severe weather, or facility closure, you may choose a full refund or priority rebooking at no additional charge. We are not responsible for incidental costs such as travel you have already incurred, but we will work in good faith to minimize disruption.

Partial Delivery and Reports

If a virtual session is interrupted by technical issues on our side for more than fifteen minutes, you may request a partial credit or complimentary extension. Written reports delivered electronically are non-returnable once sent; if factual errors are identified within fourteen days, we will issue corrected materials at no charge.

Team Workspace Audit Specifics

Team audits require building access and participant availability. Cancellation within forty-eight hours of an on-site visit may forfeit travel preparation fees up to seventy-five dollars. If fewer than five workstations are accessible upon arrival through no fault of ours, the audit may be converted to a virtual format or rescheduled with adjusted scope.

Coaching Series

Executive Ergonomics Coaching is sold as a three-session bundle. Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before the second session and provide at least forty-eight hours notice. After the second session begins, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another employee of the same organization with written approval.

Workshops and Add-Ons

Workshops canceled more than seven days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days receive a credit valid for twelve months. Materials prepared specifically for your organization may be billed if cancellation occurs after customization has started.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Banks may require additional time to post credits. If original payment is unavailable, we may offer account credit of equal value.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a consultation, contact us within fourteen days with specific concerns. We may offer a follow-up session, revised report, or partial credit where service standards were not met. Chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution and are handled according to our Terms of Use.
